Snow removal runs on seasonal contracts from November through April, covering both residential and commercial properties. Every property gets snow stakes installed ahead of the season so plow crews can clearly see driveway edges and landscaping, even under heavy snowfall. Driveways and walkways are priced separately, with salt available as an add-on for icy conditions. We're also moving to tiered pricing based on snowfall totals, so you're not paying a flat rate regardless of whether it's a light dusting or a major storm. During active storms, our crew works around the clock — hours go out the window until driveways are clear.
