Every remodel starts with a walkthrough and a written estimate, so you know the scope and cost before anything begins. Jobs over $5,000 require a 50% deposit to get started, and every customer signs a contract upfront — if anything about the job changes along the way, it's documented in a signed change order so both sides agree on the new price in writing. A small bathroom remodel typically takes about a week; larger projects usually run a couple of weeks, depending on scope. Ben is on-site overseeing the work from day one through the final walkthrough.
